Understand your symptoms. Support your transition. Feel like yourself again.

Perimenopause and menopause are natural life transitions, but the changes they bring can affect much more than your menstrual cycle.

Fluctuating and declining hormone levels can contribute to hot flashes, night sweats, disrupted sleep, mood changes, brain fog, fatigue, changes in body composition, and reduced quality of life.

You don't have to navigate these changes alone—or assume you simply have to live with them.

We provide: A Personalized Approach Beyond Symptom Management

The goal is to help you better understand your changing body, address factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, and support your well-being throughout this transition.

Common questions

How do I know whether my symptoms are menopause-related?

Your clinician considers symptoms, menstrual history, medicines and other possible causes. Menopause assessment is tailored to age and circumstances; hormone testing is not automatically needed.

Can we talk about hormone treatment?

Bring your questions about hormonal and nonhormonal care. Decisions about prescribing and monitoring need discussion with the medical clinician responsible for that treatment.

Should I bring a list of supplements?

Yes. Include prescribed medicines, over-the-counter products and supplements so possible interactions and unanswered safety questions can be discussed.

Does bleeding after menopause need checking?

Yes. Arrange prompt medical assessment even for light spotting. Heavy bleeding with faintness, breathlessness or chest pain needs emergency care. Persistent depression also deserves its own medical assessment.
